What’s Google My Business (GMB). Basically, this is a listing you create on Google. It can be used to add categories or products. Your profile can be given a shorter name, giving it a more personal link to the GMB directory. You can also choose to have customers leave reviews of your business in the GMB dashboard. To set this option, go to the Info pane.
